Heath Osborn is a national recruiter specializing in sales, client relations and operational positions for healthcare technology, consulting, and service organizations. He partners with both early-stage and established software and service companies across the United States and internationally, helping them build the commercial teams that drive growth in a complex, highly regulated industry.
Heath’s clients serve the full spectrum of healthcare providers, including ambulatory physician practices, enterprise health systems, IDNs, ACOs, FQHCs, VA, behavioral health practices, and post-acute providers. His placements span a broad range of clinical and financial solution areas, including EHR, revenue cycle management software and outsourced RCM (medical billing and coding), cybersecurity, supply chain management, RTLS, nurse call, telehealth, remote patient monitoring, care coordination, HIE, clinical workflow, clinical decision support, patient engagement, AI and analytics, IT managed services, DICOM, PACS, imaging, ECM, and value-based care.
With more than 16 years of experience on the business side of healthcare, Heath began his career in the self-funded health plan industry, where he helped large employer groups implement telehealth and population health programs to improve outcomes and control costs. That foundation gives him a working knowledge of the technologies, workflows, and economics that shape buying decisions inside provider organizations today.
Heath is an active member of the Greater Heartland chapter of HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association) and attends HFMA conferences locally and nationally to stay connected with clients and candidates. In 2017, he earned the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) designation from HFMA to better serve companies in the revenue cycle management space. He is also a member of HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society) and attends the HIMSS Global Health Conference and Exhibition each year.
Heath is a consultative hiring partner, regularly advising companies on compensation structures and hiring strategy for account executive, sales, and sales management roles. The focus is on delivering a select, targeted pool of qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the role, align with each client’s ethical standards, and excel in complex, enterprise-level selling environments.
