It has a long standing business practice of acting in the best interests of its plan sponsors and members. It is also committed to pricing transparency and actively works to ensure that every dollar spent by their plan sponsors and members is spent on prescriptions drugs that matter. They accomplish this goal by driving out waste, with no compromise to health outcomes and without shifting costs to members.
The organization was coming out of transition. For nearly four years it focused its attention on client retention while it completely overhauled its technology, internal systems, and many business protocols to meet the market demands of a changing workers’ compensation industry. There were little of no new business sales during this transition period.

The organization needed to hire a regional sales professional with established business relationships in the work comp space.

The Howard Group was able to identify and attract a group of qualified and interested work comp cost containment sales candidates all located in the region where the organization was located (Southeast). An offer was extended and accepted by a senior sales professional who had well documented business relationships in the work comp arena.
