The client needed to urgently and selectively add a seasoned Commercial Account Manager due to growth of the agency.

Business Objective:

The client’s goal was to find a tenured Commercial Account Manager with specific insurance software and construction experience. The Commercial Account Manager position plays a significant role in current and future revenue streams and is a role that cannot remain open for an extended amount of time.
