As a result of the strong values and level of service, this carrier experienced written premiums increase of 10% in 2010. The client saw an opportunity to enter the Arizona marketplace and needed of a Territory Sales Manager to lead the efforts.
The client’s goal was to hire an experienced Territory Manager with existing agency relationships in Arizona to sell the company’s Commercial and Personal Lines products. The professional selected would be the first employee hired for the state and directly responsible for the success or failure of the territory.
