The organization employs over 1000 employees with 9 service centers strategically located throughout the country. It has over 20 traditional sales professionals.

The organization wants to capitalize upon those capabilities by improving its efficiencies and product and service offerings. The organization needed an experienced senior management professional with Business Process Outsourcing experience from the self funded industry to lead this business unit.
