The challenge existed within the northern California region for this large agency, specifically resulting from recent growth in their Construction and Healthcare divisions. Due to this recent success the client wanted to ensure that accounts and sales were being managed effectively and that customer service would match new revenue growth.

Business Objective:

The client’s goal was to hire a VP - Sales for Northern California that would help continue their trend of growth, while providing a steady hand of leadership over the region’s sales team. This position would be directly due to expansion and would help stimulate business from both a sales leader and personal production role.
