Business Description:

The client had difficulty finding a stable Director of Sales for their northern California operation and the Sales Executives had essentially gone unmanaged for an extended period of time. Premium goals were not being met, agents were not fully serviced to the client’s normal levels, and the VP – Sales was doing the work of his position as well as the Director of Sales.

Business Objective:

The client’s goal was to secure and hire a Director of Sales for this region that would allow the VP to focus on his job, while bringing premium targets and agency coverage back into an acceptable range. Additionally, a fresh new Sales leader would help lift morale in the region.
